Proud of You Mail Club

Proud of You is a monthly snail mail subscription for those who are craving more experiences offline and are interested in personal growth. Each envelope will include research, practices, and tools that support positive change on topics like: self-worth, imposter syndrome, stress, burnout, self-doubt, feelings of helplessness, connection to yourself and others, and more. Each month is on a different topic, and I love to hear from you about what you’d like me to cover next!

Proud of You is:

Intentional and slower-paced, a meaningful break from digital overwhelm.
An element of ritual: open the mailbox each month to find a unique letter from me to you.
Encouragement and a light accountability touchpoint for those who want to learn and grow with less screen time.
My hope is that it feels like receiving a thoughtful, supportive letter that gently guides you toward positive change.
An accessible way to support and explore my work at your own pace.
Each month will include a new letter, and I’m planning on having fun with the design! Each month features a different envelope color, a letter with a lesson and journal prompts, and bonus surprises here and there.

I’d also love to hear from you! You can use the return address on the envelope to write me your thoughts, share your stories, or even offer ideas for future letters. I’m looking forward to seeing the sense of community this creates.
