Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on mailclubhub.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

How We Respond

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your notice
  • Review the claim promptly
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the notice meets DMCA requirements
  • Make a good faith effort to notify the user who submitted the content, if applicable

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent with the following:

  1. Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the removed material: A description of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or San Diego County, California, if you are outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.
  5. Your signature: A physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.


Repeat Infringers

Mail Club Hub reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
